Frequently Asked Questions

What’s included in the registration fee?

Registration includes all convention sessions, morning tea and lunch, goody bag and hot drinks on arrival.

When do registrations close?

Registrations close on Sunday 22 August and no registrations will be taken on the day.

Is there financial assistance available?

Help a Sister discounts are available if finances would prevent you from coming, as well as travel subsidies for drivers travelling more than 100kms.

Please contact the Registrar on 1300 118 859 or email  for more information.

What should I bring?
  • Your registration confirmation that was emailed to you – either a paper or electronic copy
  • A Bible – a pen and booklet will be given to you at the convention
  • Cash or card for the bookstall
  • A reusable takeaway cup (if you have one)
Can I bring my children?

There is limited special seating for mothers bringing infants. There will be a room to leave your pram in, as PCEC will not allow prams in Riverside Theatre or wing areas.

Unfortunately, we do not have facilities to be able to care for toddlers or older children.

I have special dietary requirements. Should I bring my own food?

Please specify on the registration form if you require a pregnancy-friendly, gluten free, nut free or vegetarian meal. You can also view the menu here.

I’ve registered but now am unable to attend. Can I get a refund?

A full refund is available until 22/8/2021. No refunds or cancellations are available after this time. Please contact the Registrar at .

Alternatively, you can ask the Registrar to donate your registration fee to a Help a Sister discount to assist someone else to attend the convention, or you can arrange for someone to take your place. If you do arrange for someone to take your place, please ensure they get a copy of your registration confirmation to bring on the day.
